So, if someone's account got hacked, how do they then contact the mod to tell them that it was hacked or something? Is there an email that you're supposed to send someone?

currently i am logged into gaf on my phone ,my 3DS and my PC and i am ticked to stay on indefinitely on all 3 .

Now i have changed my password on my PC but does that also mean that my passwords also instantly changes on my other devices on which i am still logged on with my old password ?

Can use webinspector and change the input type=password to type=text and it'll display it in plain text for you to copy. But you should also be able to get it from settings if its a saved password.

Thanks, I have just changed my email address just now, the old one was my work email, but if something was to happen I do not have access to it at home, I will leave it to go through the system & then I will change my password here tomorrow just to be safe.

When you go to refresh or click on a thread, it will say that you are logged out & you will have to log-in again with your new password.

If you change your password, you'll be logged-out of any other devices with the password saved and you'll have to login again on them.

Stump is good about answering PM's like that. He did the same for me a few years ago.

PM an admin. The best a mod could do is just forward your request as they're unable to edit user account details.

Edit: You can update your e-mail address yourself, but you will need to PM an admin if you want it changed to, say, a Gmail address.

Oh wow just had a major scare. I changed my password earlier this afternoon and tonight I kept seeing the New Reply button disabled on mobile. Turns out I was just losing WiFi connection but that about gave me a heart attack. Thought I had got hacked then banned.
