Highly recommend checking out the FNS winter music festival that just aired. There's a ton of performances. The idol medley is just a huge fanservice. Hoshino Gen performs Koi somewhere in there.

Awesome City Club was awesome as expected. Only got to meet the drummer this time and shes super nice as last time we met. Got a shirt, then another from my friend who I brought with me as a early xmas present. Might have to go to their one man live in Fukuoka in April, its right near my birthday 
Set list was fun too!

Good show. The other two bands joining them, "SHE'S" and "Lili Limit" both being great as well. Especially SHE'S very good singer and band. Like a calmer RADWIMPS almost is the most simple way to describe them.

I got into them three years ago with Level 3 and then proceeded to go through their entire catalog and it was like discovering music for the first time all over again.
Simple answer would be all of the albums. Even complete best has some great songs on there.

Seriously though, start with JPN or Triangle. Find out the singles (Half of the time they are better than the album mixes, case in point, FLASH) and work your way from there. You can venture into their pre-Nakata work but...eh, I don't recommend it personally.
I think the only album versions I prefer over the singles are Laser Beam, Cling Cling and Glitter.
I dislike all the LEVEL 3 album mixes.

I am not going to bash Nakata's musical acumen too much, but sometimes the simplest works should be left as they are.
