I workout at a gym in my office. I've been seeing the same guy go consistently for like 2-3 years now. He's still fucking fat and doesn't look like he's lost any weight at all. Some people it doesn't matter how much they workout their diet is so bad that nothing they do will get the weight off until they change their diet.

The treadmills at mine are still in a drawn out fist fight with ice cream and hostess over the rest of my belly fat. I'm down almost a third of my weight in 14 months but those last few pounds just won't go away. I blame the munchies.

My wife is going through it now. She already had the weight on from having a child, then soon after her mom got cancer and died within a year and she put on a ton of weight in that year. All said and done it was about 40 pounds total. Just when I was about to say something and have a conversation no husband wants to have with a wife she came to me and asked for help losing weight.
She's lost 20 pounds so far just by changing her diet. She hasn't even started working out yet and we are working on getting a real routine going.

Changing the diet is how I started for the first two months or so. That gave me the motivation to make the gym a priority. Every noticeable change made it easier to stick with.
Make sure to keep complimenting her progress. Nothing will motivate her more than hearing you commend the effort she's putting in.

Xbox needs to die at this point. It would be near impossible to rehabilitate the brand and Microsoft is only interested in publishing these days. They just need to go on and pull the plug announce hardware as canceled and move on. Nobody in their right mind would buy a next generation Xbox at any price and invest in an ecosystem that is a dying breed

Kinda off-topic, but play pass on Android has been great for my son with great games like Brotato, Monster Train, Dredge, Dead Cells, Slay the Spire, etc. It is totally worth the 899 rupees I pay every year (around 7.6£).
