the thing that makes the crying look even more fake, is how quickly is dissapears with No lingering sniffles. Real crying your nose is going to run. So after you are done crying it will linger in your sinuses. Youll hear it in the voice, and with each breath. Some will mouth breath more due to it just being easier to get air in. SHe doesnt look or sound anything like someone who was crying.

None. An actress and a model that gets her face pummeled all the time but next day goes on photoshoots, talk shows, premieres etc etc. No one sees any bruises and swelling on her, no one sees any violence against her. She has secretly recorded him their entire marriage and none of the recordings show him being violent towards her. AH: "please believe me!"

She doesn't have to prove her claims were true. Johnny has to prove her claims were false and that she spread them to damage his reputation. Putting on a show is literally all she has to do.

Interesting that it is different state by state. I know when I last served in California it was 12/12 for criminal and 9/12 for civil needing to be in agreement.

For this case it’s 7 Jurors in Virginia, 7 Jurors can be easier to get unanimous verdict for Johnny! Not sure it it’s different for other types of trials like criminal.
In NC where I live it’s 12 for criminal.

The story about Johnny fleiling Amber around in her nightgown, all the dozens of bottles and cans flying around is amazing. It's really poorly told and even more badly acted but damn if it isn't over the top! And she's telling it like it's the best script ever. At one point of that, I saw Johnny watch her for the first time. His eyes seemed angry as hell. Can't blame him, listening that bullshit and watch the poor theatrics.
It's interesting to see when she's actually telling real stuff, like what Johnny has told her between hitting her. Then she collects herself, tells them very believably and I get the feeling that is what happened. But that's how you lie: insert bits of truth. Though she is a terrible liar and goes way past being believable. She is skipping in the story, "and somehow I'm on the counter" etc. like she suddenly remembers she has to pull the story together to get from A to B.
