Johnny Depp Vs Amber Heard Defamation trial live

Amber was in fact sleeping around, though, so "false absolute certainty of infidelity" doesn't fit.
That is another possible layer to it, imagine having some actual valid concerns on top. I'm not too familiar with that part of the story but yeah, or he might as well just know a bit too much about her past. Unfortunately for people suffering from BPD, infidelity is a very common problem. He might not even understand it that way, just think she always liked the D before she met him. Liked to party, drop some E (which she admitted to doing shitloads herself) and then just can't control getting into "situations" with "friends". Common scenario and fuel to this fire. One way or another, I don't find it unbelievable he might have been instigating a lot of shit based on his perception while being constantly extra coke-paranoid and drunk. Triggering her to get back at him with vengeance.

She got acting classes from AOC.
God that looked fake as fuck. ''Oh no this man that played a pirate and left a dookie on is coming within COVID regulation space (1.5 metres)! Better act i am scared!''

Amber is one of those pretty faces without any substance. The sad thing is, that has helped her land a job where she got paid most of us gomers.

Those baby ass lines too. You know them mofo rip King Kong fingers.

That Umbrella Guy did a break down of the picture. Newspaper headline doesn't match date? Box is for Jewelry, the closeup of card signature don't match Johnny? The bag not Johnny? and using that tampon tube used for snorting?

Is there a reason why a defamation case has people so interested? A lot of people are talking about it and I never had any interest in this whatsoever.

I listened to some of Megyn Kelly's latest show and Megyn believed her. I was a little surprised, because usually Megyn hates when people sob and claim victim, but she said in her experience as a lawyer and knowing/interviewing victims of domestic abuse, she believed her. I don't have an opinion on it one way or another, but she thinks Depp is going to lose this.

Most people think he's going to lose just because this is so hard to prove. But most also say he has his reputation back which should allow him to still make movies.

That was the intention i believe.

Did Amber ever prove her allegations? Nope but johnny's life and career was ruined anyway.

As such, Johnny doesn't need to prove anything either. Just expose enough to convince the public's opinion and get his reputation back, like you said.

Gotta say - I've been lightly following this story for around 4 years and it is very rewarding to finally see this blow up in Heard's face, in favor of Johnny.

I know Aquaman 2 was already filmed prior to this but she surely won't get cast in anything else... right?
She's losing her image on the public opinion front. Like someone else said, even if she wins the case, there's going to a cloud of negativity hanging over her for the rest of her career. She'll struggle to make it anywhere in Hollywood.

Question did Amber Heard do all the fake crying during the overseas lawsuit? If not can they use that testimony against her?
The one in the UK?

Not that I recall. There weren't any cameras to act up for there though, and courtroom sketches don't really carry emotion at all (and the sketch artists aren't even allowed to draw while in the courtroom in the UK).

Yeah I was assuming as much would have been a great gotcha if they could prove she was all in tears during this testimony but wasn't during the UK one. I'm sure JD's team has plenty of other ammunition tho.
