HOWEVER, I have a feeling it's not gonna be David Pro this time if they're announcing it now.
Reasons:
1.) The usual JoJo anime director has been reported to be working on the Drifters adaptation.
2.) David Pro is probably focusing all of its resources on the MH:Stories anime seeing how it's such a small studio that gets a lot of outside help.
If we're expecting the Part 4 anime to start airing early next year, no fucking way it's David Pro.

Madhouse would be cool with how they handled such a large series like Hunter x Hunter. Don't forget OPM. What I'm worried about is that it wouldn't feel the same. The visual sound effects, color changes, CG openings, etc. should be kept over.

DP has done such a perfect job that it's hard to imagine anyone else in the role. I wouldn't be unwilling to have someone else do it but they have big shoes to fill.

I wonder if without David Pro, would we still get future part cameos that weren't in the manga like the dolphin magazine or the bow and arrow in Dio's mansion. Shit, I still get giddy seeing Joseph's stand in Part 2's OP. It was little, but showed how passionate David was about the series.
Yeah Kamikaze Douga is the one that made those OPs.

That's true, forgot about that. Did they totally plan out the OPs or did DP storyboarded/oversaw/whatever with the OPs?
Whatever the case, I just want the little details to come up here and there like in the past with whoever doing this anime.
Ya me too. I was talking about this with my brother before part 4 was announced. I would be happy if they just made OPs and EDs for all the parts and just skipped the show haha.
