No he's not. If anything he's handled better in Part 4 than Part 3 (even though he had some pretty epic moments in Part 3). It's just that Star Platinum is one of my favorite stands.

I'm super excited to see Shigechi's death and Sheer Heart Attack animated. I listened to Kira's ASB theme while reading those chapters and it really added to the whole chaotic atmosphere the story had at those two points.
