It is good. It was rare for me (I've taken a beating, physically, over the years) to feel BETTER after a workout of any sort, mainly because I'm banged up in a zillion places due to my previous job. After DDP Yoga, I actually felt much more mobile and good.
I would love to give it a shot but I am cheap, lol

If you do Kane Yoga you can throw fire.
Taker Yoga lets you throw lightning but that's a bad deal as if you do Hogan Yoga, you can not only throw lightning but crap thunder

Whilst it'd be cool to see, I don't think it's necessary. Kids are going to cheer cena/boo punk anyway, and men are probably going to do the opposite(generalities; but still). If Punk does a divorce promo, men will definately cheer him, if only on the grounds of hating cena.
Even turning punk via the rock isn't going to do a thing unless rock's there week in week out, which he's not.
Which is why the turn is a little ill-fated. If Rock isn't there every week, which he's not going to be, there's one less face atop of the event. Now there's Punk-Show with Cena as the one and only face. Who else is there? Actually they will probably throw Kane in there for shits 'n giggles.

JR/Regal is the best team they have going right now and is a big reason why NXT is far and away the best wrestling show on TV these days.
JR/Punk is likely the best dream combination of current talent, maybe they should work on cloning Punk (but not fuck it up this time like they did with Tyler Black)
I can't recall, how is Jericho at commentary? He seems like the next logical "Veteran on commentary who can also be thrown into a few feuds per year" guy that they have on the roster.
They should keep Jericho well into the wrestling for now. Despite everything, he made the MitB match for me.

Oh no doubt, he carried much of that match on his shoulders (though I'll admit that both Miz and Kane did quite well also). It's just that ever since Benoit I've been really concerned about my favourite wrestlers carrying on too long. That said, Jericho has gone relatively injury free for all of his career and takes breaks as he needs them, so he likely has quite a few left in the tank.
I wish JBL would stop enjoying his awesome retirement so he can do commentary.

Yeah, hopefully his feud with Zigzag will just involve a couple codebreakers and Dolph bouncing through the stratosphere.
