Yeah, at the beginning of Raw they had a tribute to Orlando with everyone at the show on stage like they do (may it be the only time they have to do it for the rest of the year.) Del Rio was on stage then but in hour 3 when Owens was trying to get Del Rio thrown off the MITB match he said that Del Rio had only gotten there 20 minutes ago. This of course ruins kayfabe if one is unable to separate 10 seconds of the beginning of the episode from the rest of it. Meltzer's argument is that they should have either cut Del Rio from the opening or changed the plot reasoning for Kevin/Del Rio to have to team up, citing that HHH missed one of these tributes once when he was "injured." It's just so ridiculous.

That match isn't gonna be on TakeOver lol. There's a very good reason why nobody ever once said "this match is happening at TakeOver." Because they never book PPVs 8 weeks out unless its WrestleMania, and even then they don't do that.
I'm pretty sure they're main eventing that with Samoa Joe v. Nakamura and Balor will be on SummerSlam itself. I don't think they'll ever even have Nakamura do the job on his way out. I'm guessing he wins the title and just leaves with it to hit SmackDown and they do something else for it with their Fall "Class" where they're supposedly (as Meltzer says) rebooting NXT's roster.
