Pretty much. His mic work during the Fandango mini feud was okay, but I just don't feel like he's ever going to stick around for long for me to truly care about him anymore. It's too bad because he's in my top 5 of all time.

Gotta say that I actually care about Axel being the IC champ. He's already done more with and for the title than Barrett did in his whole run. Just the way he holds it and shows reverence for it makes you feel like the belt is a big deal to him.
