Anyways, here is the rundown..
- DVD/Blu-Ray possibly releasing November 10th, 2015
- PG-13 rating
- Lego confirmed
- Lego Jurassic World video game contract in works
- Mercedes, Hilton, Samsung, Coke, Just Born, Kellogs and Thinkway Robotics confirmed as partners
- T-Rex at Times Square New York's Toys R Us will be updated to coincide with release. It will be a PR event with possible cast appearances
- "T-Rex Territory"- a potential dinosaur head Photo-op location to be distributed to major TRU stores
- Possible augmented reality campaign (similar to what Wal-Mart had for the Avengers)
- During its first two weeks, movie theaters will distribute a park map/"passport" for a Toys R Us sweepstakes
- Interactivity via QR codes
- Toys R Us, the weekend of release, it will be known at T-Rex Takeover
- Will be advertised at Kid's Choice Awards and Superbowl (likely via Trailers/TV-Spots)
- "Expected to be bigger than the original"

I remember McDonalds was the spot for the first movie. They put out those collector cups (I had the one with Nedry and the Dilophasaurus) and while they didn't do toys, some had paper craft standees. Anyone remember those?
...just Google Image'd "mcdonalds jurassic park" and nostalgia rushed over me. I forgot about those placemats too! All the art used for the merch there was awesome. Oh, and I see the papercraft Brachiosaur shown on there, too. Looks better than I remember it!

This is exciting. Hope it works out. Have not really played any Lego games, but this one I would reallly want to try. It's the best video game adaptation they could do safely. Anything else is risky and would probably turn out bad.

Sculpt detail is on par with the 2013 Allosaurus and Pachyrhinosaurs, but the paintjobs were described as a lot more detailed, earthy and realistic. Overall, it sounds like the toys should look really nice if they stay on course.
Maybe it's because Star-Lord reminded me some of Nathan Drake, but I saw that as well.
Filming ended? That felt kinda quick. Maybe we'll see a teaser soon.
Not before 1991 when Hasbro brought it and Tonka.

It's funny how many people thought the movie would be sent out to die, with little promotion or expectations.

It seems like a very confident production and the more original direction they went in can make it more of a proper franchise reintroduction than just another throwaway sequel.
What about size? Line diversity? Is there a figure that actually looks like Chris Pratt's likeness? Raptors? So many question?!?!
You know, although we don't agree about Star Wars I am glad we are Dino-Bros! Btw, did you ever get a spot as an extra?

The person I spoke to only saw a larger "Bad Boy Rex", a sorta large Mosasaur, and then a smaller Mosasaur toy. I'm looking for answers, contacting those who may be in the know. Odds are if/when someone talks, I won't be allowed to share, but if I am allowed I will certainly post ASAP.

Sounds great and thank you. Also, curious about the size. I assume we will be getting 3.75 scale again. Also presume we are never going to get "soft goods" like the Dinos from JP/TLW.
Maybe I'm crazy, but I feel that the fair share of marketing this movie is sure to receive will make the whole thing more of an "event." The first and second movie were treated like huge "events" where the third seemed to have no steam upon release. It's hard to explain, but there is just something "in the air" about a movie that is really marketed right.

I literally own every JP toy from 1 and 2. Even the rare k-mart and TRU exclusives. Not my proudest moment....

I currently have no price. Thats why i was waiting for the 4th movie to come out, as i thought it would drive interest on eBay. If and when the time comes, i will literally you pm what i'm doing. Part of me doesn't want to part with it, but the other half knows theres allot of people out there who would appreciate it much more. Its just sitting in rubbermaid bins in my attic. The big RV and t-rex that eats a guy (shown above) are my favorites. I was a spoiled kid lol.

For the record, that Interstellar bit comes from an insider on the Boxoffice forums. It seems like it could very well be legit, as extras were told they could see their work this November, and Interstellar is coming from Legendary Pictures.
