I just wanted to mention that the PC port is not an emulator. It makes it so you run the game natively like it's a game made for PC. Meaning even some of the worst laptops can run it perfectly fine, perhaps without any extra mods added, which may make it more demanding.
I suggest trying it. Ship of Harkinian for OoT, and 2Ship2Harkinian is MM.
I actually have a super old pc somewhere, but it's that old that I can't imagine BotW running well on it. I've fully finished both OoT and MM though.
There’s something that feels almost otherworldly or ethereal about this game to me. About as perfect as a game can get. I’ve played it many times over the years and maybe it’s just the nostalgia but I can’t imagine it ever really being outdated. All the mechanics hold up. The only complaint I can think of it’s how tedious the item switching can be but that’s fairly minor.
For damn sure. Only the targeting of enemies was a hassle at times. It at times wouldn't lock on to enemies which pissed me off.
I've played Minish Cap for a few hours today and yup, I'm already hooked. The new features, new species, it's just so good.
