Justice League: The Ideal Cast

No, I don't think she's fitter than Biel. But I think she's definitely fit enough for the role and looks more the part.

i agree she's fit enough for the role, but i don't think she looks more the part.

and who do you think is the better choice acting wise for the role?

I'm fine with most the casting choices, and I actually think Fassbender could make a pretty awesome Batman. I just don't know if I see it happening cause I would imagine who ever plays Batman in the JL movies is going to need to sign a 3 picture deal for straight up Batman movies.

Though I agree that Biel doesn't work for WW. She's a great actress but she just doesn't have the look. I don't know who I would cast, but I'd really prefer some one who looks Greek, and was tall.

For me the line up ideally would be Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Flash (Barry Allen), Aquaman, and Green Lantern (Hal Jordan). Like it was said let the sequel introduce/add guys like Martian Manhunter, Green Arrow, Hawkman/girl etc. Though I have a feeling they'll want this close to the new JL line up, and we'll see Cyborg added in there.

No offense OP but...

FUCK Flopsicca Biel. She is a flop and a horrible actress

All you need is the Queen of Hollywood for the part of Diana
.
She IS the real life Wonder Woman.

Wonder Woman's just really hard to cast. Needs to be gorgeous and have the right look, be pretty fit, tall enough, and be able to act. She has to be old enough to have the necessary gravitas but can't be too old either (and you want someone younger so that they're still young enough for the inevitable sequels, spinoffs, etc).

I guess for this movie it does help that Cavill is 6-1 instead of 6-4, so you could just cast all the non-superhero actors to be on the shorter side and be fine with a 5-7/5-8 Wonder Woman.

Lol oh Smallville. I remember seeing this for the first time too and was so excited. That's how much Smallville deprived its fans of any real superhero stuff.

Smallville has to be serious!!! It can't have silly superhero stuff in it! No Capes!

Aquaman = Paul Walker.

Not sure that I'd accept anything else.
Paul Walker is awesome.
Aquaman is awesome.
They're pretty much equal.

Ryan Gosling always shows up in JL fan castings. Though, usually as Aquaman.

Also, Aquaman should be in the first movie. He's a founding member, damn it!

Johns current run and take on Aquaman makes him pretty awesome. All the folks harshing on Aquaman need to check out the current run, so damn good.

Pffft.

Lynn Collins is your Wonder Woman.

I'm okay with this.

I'll go with Gina Carano for her physicality and big boobies too. :3

Ryan Reynolds stink is on Green Lantern.

Time to bring it Guy Gardner played by Collin Farrel.

Alternately John Stewart by Michael Jai White. This may make more sense since to the general public GL is a black guy due to branding.

In a different lifetime, David Ogden Stiers would have been a perfect Martian Manhunter. It's like casting Kelsey Grammer as Beast. The movie stunk, but his performance was enjoyable.

As for JL casting, Jim Carrey as Plastic Man. It's too perfect!

Jon Hamm is a shit actor though. That's the reason he can't get any good parts in film and reduced to playing shitty side characters in female comedies.

I don't think there is an actor alive that could pull off Aquaman. He's charming but somehow super aggressive and arrogant.

Aquaman in the movie should be a middle ground of sorts between his personalities in the new 52 and in "Brave and the Bold." The reserved, no nonsense nature of his new 52 self mixed with love of adventure from BatB. And some of that royal arrogance, of course (him and Bats should fight over who gets to be leader).

That said, I can't really think of any actors who could pull him off either.

Lynn Collins would be a great Wonder Woman. (No pants though. Greek skirt or bust)

Glad I'm not the only one that thinks MM should be played by a black man. Of course, he'll probably be thrown out for Cyborg.

Neil Patrick Harris is essentially the perfect Flash. He already voiced him in one of the DC Animated movies.
