that movie was a disappointment after the book tbh

I couldn't agree more. The book actually managed to creep me out quite a bit, whereas the movie was pretty tame.
The sequels are pretty good, too.

Ja, Spiral and Loop. I vaguely remember reading them. One of the few series that has creeped me out at all, so I'd definitely recommend giving them a read.

Not my elementary school. My Highschool did but I never did join any. A friend of mine I knew tried to get me to join the anime club by having me stay one day after school with her during the clubs anime watching.

High school yes, but aiko said elementary school. Like I said, I never joined, but it was mostly due to me being in marching band. That's how I met that friend.
