A little too unnatural looking honestly. I guess it really is not much to work with. I want to use it for my phone wallpaper, but the original just looks so dim and dull. Not sure what can even be done to it.

Well it has a fuckton of chroma noise and artifacting so there is only so much I can do. If I'm not going to just color cast I basically have to shift everything in one direction to balance it out then start shifting different aspects of it. Here you go...

Can you download as student version of PS for free? PS has adjustments all on different layers in the one file, so yeah tweaking is easier just by moving layers up or down, changing their opacity etc.
