The Japanese Album - Japanese edition - is a jewel case for the normal edition, the DVD case is for the so called Limited Edition. For the Korea version, I don't know...
Also got the same poster. I would trade for the Sunny one, the best of the bunch.

If that's the case it looks like all the Korean versions might be jewel cases. Just going by YesAsia "shipment unit" metric (which is related to the size of the item), Japan album limited edition is 2 shipment units, where both the CD and CD+DVD of the Korean run of the Japan album (woof) are both 1 unit. Maybe someday when I am rich and famous I can throw away $50 to have better packaging of the same album Edit- And then I'll be able to afford the original Korean print of Sound G, yesss.

Yeah, the jewel case was disappointing. Everything else looked so nice and came with a photobook, surprising because the Japan SNSD album was expensive in comparison to the other stuff I bought.

edit: Pretty sure the Korean CD-DVD version has the nicer packaging as well. I watched an unboxing video where the person mentions they bought the Korean release but there's came in a dvd case with a slipcover.

Weird thing about my Yoona poster was that it was folded so it only showed part of the hair when I took it out but somehow I knew it was her. Seen that RDR video a few too many times, I guess.
