Probably helped Big Bang having 2 listed songs and therefore voting was divided among them. Maybe the same happened with 9 Muses.
I suspect if instead of Library for TTS I chose a second song for TTS, the same would happen. But TTS would have a song on top 5 anyways if only one song had been chosen.
