Both look HAWT. Regarding KH2, I'll take a smaller number of different worlds as long they're much bigger and expansive than the ones in KH1...

Also, what's the deal with Aerith's eyes in FF7:AC. Squeenix refuses to show her full face, even in the PS3 tech demo. :P

56k am cry.

Anyway, KH2 looks simply sweet. Seeing the Steamboat Willie scans earlier, this is really good - the normal Disney words are very colourful with beautiful graphics, the Steamboat Willie world is black and white and the characters are a bit deformed, and the Pirates of the Carrabian (sp?) world looks simply hawt. I just hope Depp will record lines for this game.

As for AC, still looking hot. Sephiroth looks amazing - way better than he looked earlier, on the first trailer (hi Marylin Manson). Also, the Materia looks interesting.

As for the American release of AC - still no word from Square Enix. I wouldn't really doubt in the company, but they aren't making any marketing promotions in the US. Null. Zero. Nothing at all. This is strange - normally something would be going on by now. And there's no update on the official site. I still believe the game will get released, but... Well, we'll see.

I would be more than happy if at this point of next generation, graphics are near of AC. That would be sweet and I´m sure it would get more people into videogames.

damn, KH2 looks sweet. I hope they got somebody close to James Woods' voice for Hades in the Hercules stuff.

Hercules the animated series Hades sounds pretty damn close to James Woods voice. If you didn't tell me otherwise, I would have swore it was him.

James Wood did the original KH so I don't see why he wouldn't do KH2.

And Alladin's Genie is being done by the guy who is the voice of Homer Simpson IIRC.

I've heard rumors that the US release has been pushed back to November 29th.

that figures...

every other goddamn thing I was looking forward to this year has been delayed. Might as well delay this, too. Fuck it... delay it until 2006 for all I care... *lays on ground and kicks feet*

son of a bitch. i'll watch this in japanese if i have to. i dont even care about the story, i just want to watch some hot cg action

Hows this story for KH2 gonna flow from KH1 to KH 1.5 (Chain of Memories) to KH 2?

I noticed Axel in that first scan.. didnt he die? in Chain of Memories (cant remember)

NEW FFXII MEDIA OF TWO YEAR OLD SCREENS! A'SOME!

...also, FFXII doesn't seem to be on Square-Enix's TGS list (although it is an incomplete list... and SE would be fucking daft not to have FFXII @ TGS.) Hopefully, if it is there, we can actually get some new material that isn't from 2003.

:lol I know! I was really hyped about this title earlier this year but after the terrible Square Enix Party all the hype has disappeared. Square Enix should at least release the trailer they showed at the party. Anyway they are wasting their time now; they should just scrub the project and move it to PS3! Who the hell will buy this game in September 2006? :lol

I'll buy it, sure... but to be honest, this is the first Final Fantasy in the last 14 years that I almost don't care about anymore. Fucking pathetic how Square-Enix has handled the development process of this game.
5 years? Give me a break.

I'm not sure how much I care about it, but its not because of the delays. It's because of the battle system.

yeah and they have totally given the shaft to the American/European fans. I mean after how many months are we finally getting Radiata Stories and DQ8? They need to release all their games simultaneously from now on.

Yeah, it's not like they have to translate the games and debug them or anything. ROCK ON!

Bioware released Jade Empire really quickly in Japan and that game has more text/voice acting than RS and DQ8. And it should be noted that Square Enix is bigger organization with more resources compared to Bioware.

Lazy bastards.

That's modern Western simultaneous localisation vs the traditional Japanese "what? You mean you want us to do overseas versions? Really? Oh OK then, but you can only start translating it when we get to the Japanese gold master stage because we haven't actually finished everything yet" approach to localisation right there for you.

I think Square might have bad memories from their SNES days when it comes to translating the games as they're developed. :D

Just put down $48 towards a Japanese AC DVD (without subs)... I'm such a sucker.
