Ryuuko profile in NewType said:
Stylish women glimmer in this world, just as stars twinkle in the night sky.
Beautiful women, sexy women, moe women.
But that doesn’t mean it’s just fine for anyone.
Everyone, love isn’t the only theme.

What you’re striving for. What your withered heart is longing for.
An extreme passion that clenches your heart.
A sentiment carried by only ONE person in the world.
A determination singularly unique in this world.

Her eyes are sharp, her words are daggers.
Chaos and paradigm roil where she treads.

Matoi Ryuuko, a woman who brings storms.
If it’s her, she can do it.

The wind is blowing. It’s a cold wind.
It ruffles the girl’s hair, and brings forth visions of a radically different future.

It’s the calm before the upcoming storm.

The C84 art book seems pretty cool:

The designs are not poorly drawn, but I find them to be poorly conceived, particularly the costumes. The suspenders, the spikes, the giant hat - they're grotesque in a way I can't appreciate.

My hype for this show is at unsafe levels. I've managed to keep it in check with videogames for years now, why not this?!

Yeah, I really dislike this company. $360 for Sword Art Online? $300 for Fate/Zero? Get fucked.

The thought of somebody paying that much for SAO makes me gag. I wonder what'd happen if either of those shows were published in the UK. I'd buy Fate/Zero for a reasonable price.

There's a longer 30 second version of the teaser, which is currently region blocked on Youtube so I uploaded it to Mediafire: http://www.mediafire.com/?u9s1uwba3gxkeoa
Not just baffling but also surprising decision they made regarding this situation, because as noted they actually had their first CM videos available globally for the first month or so (even if regional blocking on their online videos has been before the standard procedure for Aniplex Inc., properties)...

Did they just forget to out the restriction at first or there was some rights managing problem afterwards?

I hope Aniplex of America uploads it to their account soon enough because they were hyping it on Twitter.
