Killer is Dead making its way to PC

I am interested in this game mainly due to its extraordinary visual style. Other than that I have no id what this game is like.

Could someone give me a brief explanation/ introduction?

It's a hack and slash. There's not much else to it. You also have guns and occasionaly a turret but the focus is on combat with a sword. I guess the closest recent game would be revengeance.
It's not as good of course but still a lot of fun and does feel similar in certain aspects.

I never realy played any hack and slash games other than some SNES beat m ups haha. Oh and Ninja Gaiden II

But revengence and this one got me interested.

Will this be new comer friendly or too hard?

It's very new comer friendly, but you might want to read up on plot explanations/summaries after you're done with it. Normal mode is way too easy.

So, in one year-ish:

- Deadly Premonition
- Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3
- Ikaruga
- Resident Evil 4 HD
- Killer is Dead
- King of Fighters XIII
- Metal Slug 3
- Trails in the Sky First/Second
- Metal Gear Rising
- Agarest
- Typing of the Dead: Overkill
- Ninja Gaiden Yaiba (lol)

Reeeeaaally awesome trend, hopefully it continues.

Yes, the more Japanese games the better, I hope it continues as well.

From the AAA front, Square seems to be very interested in bringing more FF games to the platform and MGSV's release has been heavily rumored.

Gonna double dip. Can't wait. Game had horrible framerates and V-sync issues. That, and a bad case of crushed blacks.

Game was a lot of fun though.

Loving that conversion rate there guys. Keep it up.

On topic though, hopefully the port will be done well. My major gripe with the PS3 version was that the aliasing really ruined the artistic outlining effects they had going on. Give me AA in the PC version, and I'm golden.
