It is getting pretty intense isn't it.....I think what makes it funny is the amount of fans that came out of no where who were massive haters at first, now they defend the game with their lives.
 
Can't wait for the demo.

Game controls like a dream.

Close combat isn't used for high precision, but mid-to-long distance fights are definitely where you pull up the iron sights and have precision aiming. Which completely makes sense.

Can't wait to pwn Sam Bishop.

You know a game is going to be good when the trolls are out in full force before the game is close to release. Some people have been consistently naysaying it for months and won't shut up until they actually play it (which is never).

You know I don't even need a review to want to buy the game now. That soapbox was enough. Much like Peta sold Cooking Mama, trolls pissing Sessler off, just sold Killzone 2 (well that and it looks like a fun game).

Yeah, who the hell wrote that and thought it would be well received? I mean, this is the biggest PS3 exclusive yet, and one of the most hyped games this generation, at least on the Internet.


They had to know a majority of their audience would be PS3 owners, so why even start the review with that comment? It was very tasteless and sounded immature. Surely someone who actually has to take antidepressants is offended.



Maybe we could get some sanitarium to sue? lol. :lol
 
its just sad that the 360 fans are in full rage all across the interwebs. They are putting up all type of fake reviews, and going ape shit on message boards. All for what? Because of a game. The sad thing is, Killzone isn't even the first great game on the PS3 as all the pundits would say. I mean games like LBP, MS2, MGS4, Uncharted, Ratchet, HS, WH, Wipeout HD, and so forth have been really awesome games. So why this game, why is this game getting so much heat. MGS4 was an incredible game, which clearly is on of the best looking games this gen so is Uncharted. Why didn't these games get that backlash from the 360 horde. Boggles my mind.

Well Killzone 1 was for all accounts pretty mediocre, no one could try and claim that MGS4 was an over hyped piece of junk or coming from a line of mediocre games. Still I try and own all the consoles for each gen (no handhelds), I cant imagine getting as pissed as some of those posters get.
