That you can actually think that there is not a such thing as being objectively bad is one of the silliest things I've ever read. The fact that you can hold such an unreasonably untenable position in spite of already admitting that most books and tv is terrible is prove in and of itself that in your mind there is no convincing argument to be had. But then again, the flat earth society is a thing that exists and Donald Trump is leading his party, so there clearly isn't a limit to what people will believe.e: a new page too, GOD! Still waiting for that convincing argument, Malyse

Kingdom Hearts 2.8 gotta hit around... October?

Something being bad doesn't preclude being able to like it. They aren't mutually exclusive in the slightest.First of all - stories are art. No matter how silly, stupid, nonsensical, or in bad taste, they're pieces of art. They're works of the author's - artist's - imagination. Art is probably at the very end of the opinion side on the opinion-fact scale. You could argue about art forever, but I'm sure there's a reason why there's no magical computer that's able to calculate the "worth" of every painting, sculpture and short story. Now that that's out of the way...
Since you're being particularly condescending, I get the feeling that you're actually unable to defend your claim. I mean, you are comparing matters of art, taste - opinion - to something scientifically proven, like the earth not being flat. So let's take it slow, piecemeal-like: what does it mean, in your opinion, when something is objectively bad? Nobody, absolutely nobody likes bad things since that's what bad literally means - so surely it would mean that if something is objectively bad, logic would dictate NOBODY would not just not enjoy it, but actively do their best to avoid it?
Since the key word is objective - that is, utterly and undeniably based on facts, absolutely not influenced by beliefs, morals, culture, anything really other than mathematics or laws of the nature - I think that something being objectively bad means that it has absolutely zero redeeming values - nothing. None. Nobody could ever gain anything from it.
There's absolutely nothing positive anyone, or anything, could ever get out of something that is objectively bad. Do you agree with me on this? I mean, it is literally what the words mean, so I would imagine you do. There are no positive, or even neutral ways to interpret the word bad, only negative. There's also no room for subjectivity with the word objective, cause, unsurprisingly, objective and subjective are literally opposites.
I know I'm repeating myself, but I'm just trying to make a point.
Being compared to a flat-earther - that's a low blow, even after my comments. So please, just humor me.
Something being bad doesn't preclude being able to like it. They aren't mutually exclusive in the slightest.
No, something being objectively bad does not preclude liking it.Yeah. Subjectively bad.
You told me to look up the definition of hyperbole before - now I'm gonna tell you to look up the definition of objective.
No, something being objectively bad does not preclude liking it.
And you're a condescending ass.Well then, guess we just gotta agree to disagree - you just don't know what the word objectively means.
And you're a condescending ass.
*shrug*
Continue to pretend this wasn't your first response and you weren't intentionally trying to start shit.e: what I meant to say was: fuck outta here with that nonsense
Continue to pretend this wasn't your first response and you weren't intentionally trying to start shit.
But arguing about story in video games is pointlessly stupid. There's like less than ten games with actually legitimately objectively good story.

Delayed to 2017
O god why lol. Heres how it goesNot delayed since western release was never confirmed to be 2016! Japan December, west March 2017 believe.
Also people that said KH3 would miss 2 console generations weren't kidding after all!
Aww, I guess that's that.
Back to boring everyday KH talk.
KH2 is great. KH1 is good. I hope KH3 comes out soon.
e: I think I'm gonna go look at KH porn
e2: I shouldn't have done that

but why?
Well it's a goldmine if you are into yaoi I guess.
That's an interesting way to be wrong.kh1 is a piece of shit and Days is the best KH game
kh X is a piece of shit and Days is the best KH story
MGS is one of the only good stories in games.
Metal Gear Solid is a story that is good outside of the purview of "for a video game". The later games lost that, but Metal Gear Solid is a well written narrative that both takes advantage of being a game while maintaining a core element strong and yet malleable enough to be adapted successfully to other mediums. I question your taste for arguing otherwise.I like your posts regarding kh, but this is laughable.
If sony releases that 4.5 shit soon and drops support for ps4 i'm done with consoles, specially if kh3 is tied to that.
edit: reading the last two pages... y'all need help.

So we agree then.Hmmm first MGS is very good narrative and story wise : interesting plot, neat twists, keep you on the edge of your seat, tense and well implemented story to the game. I really liked it. Only things that it lacks is more explanation about Big Boss and Gray Fox, if you want to understand the plot more you have to play previous games, wich is something you don't want to do since those game are quite a pain to play nowaday, especially when you're coming from the first MGS.
The rest is hard to follow and a serious mess imo, pretty much like Kingdom Hearts. Characters rise from the dead for no reason, death means nothing, everything is explained through nanomachines (The MGS sharingan), twists are meh, character are either dumb or inintersting, sometimes both and Kojima tried way too hard to do something different for the sake of it (MGS2). I won't even talk about Kojima focus on diarrhea and sexy cringe-worthy stuff.
Nomura saw Zootopia ages ago and he's probably already seen Moana. They let him see movies well in advance specifically for that reason. Also, Disney doesn't impede on Square at all. Besides, they make more off Infinity than they ever will from Kingdom Hearts and we already have our Judy and Nick figures (should have been a playset, how in thee fuck do you keep missing this Disney, no Frozen playset, no Zootopia playset, literally the two biggest animated films and neither got a playset, but the LONE RANGER, COME ON!)At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if Disney made Square delay the game so they can put in Zootopia because it's doing so well. Hell, they'd probably do the same for Moana. Not that they would, but Disney loves that synchronicity.
So we agree then.
I never said series. I even said "the later games lost that", which should clearly indicate that I'm only talking about Metal Gear Solid. Besides, I consider the franchise to be "Metal Gear"You said Metal Gear Solid serie has a strong story and narative, I support the opposite, except for the first MGS. How could you agree ?
You're all wrong! Ddd is the best if you think otherwise you are a nobody.
Nah they dont get to have a body.Hit 'em where it hurts....
Wait, is Malyse DreamDrop?
Just had someone tell me how much of a fake KH fan I am for thinking that KH2FM is still the best game in the franchise, because apparently it can never be compared to games like 358/2 Days and DDD, which are leagues above it. "The only thing that saves KH2 for being the worst game is the Roxas prologue and the fights against the organization". "You should stop saying that you love these games when it's clear that you only care about the mainstream ones"
Welp.
Edit: Apparently 358/2 is the pinnacle of the KH gameplay 😂😂😂

I was searching for some information about kingom hearts release date and then I thought about the possibility of kingom hearts 3 final mix, could it happens ?
Season pass with two additional worlds,7 extra keyblades and 3 more arenas for multiplayer(its happening i bet)Final Mix editions are a thing of the past. We will probably get Final Mix DLC for KH3 with stuff like enemy recolours, extra boss fights, new difficulty modes and similar.
