Unpopular opinion, very unpopular opinion, but I wouldn't even mind if MGSV received a "unnecessary" remaster similar to TLOU, or HZD.
It is such a great game that I think deserves visual update every 10 years or so, even if differences wouldn't be all that big.

IF MGS4 ever does get a re-release I expect it will have tons of issues.
I'd imagine having that game ported from the PS3 would be no small task... I don't trust Konami will put forth the effort needed for it.
