Oh, I guess the palladin turned out differently than I expected lol, she's pretty cool though. The voices of all the characters are really fun and the Crusader is no exception.

The squad is on point right now, even the water fountain skill came in handy. Wonder how they'll tackle bigger obstacles.

What is difficult to understand about that sentence? This isn't the Fire Emblem thread, nor should it become that. Talk about the show itself and all it's content, but the thread is not a soap box for drama about fanservice in the medium.

This episode felt like a small step (very small) back from the previous three, but still had plenty of laughs from the get-go and was pretty good overall. The back and forth banter was good stuff between the characters! Having his luck skill so high is a great asset to the with the lucky wealth he built up. Also, the crusader chick is an awesome masochist and will continue to set up some hilarious moments... That whole scene with the Demon King's general was hilarious with both the character banter as well as his sour grapes attitude. Good stuff.

So much fun. That guy with that sword was the hero you'd expect in such a story, but he wasn't read for the almighty Steal skill. And Aqua's list of traumas keep getting bigger and bigger. Next episode should be really good, more Dullahan.

Shark week Aqua style; those terrified reaction faces were priceless. Kazuma's strategic takedown of the other hero was hilarious as well. This show continues to be so much stupid fun each week!

Easily the second best show of the season behind Erased.

Saw the fifth episode today and I'm consistently surprised by how funny this show can be without resorting to the standard anime tropes. Sure, there is some pervy stuff, but the MC is at least honest about it instead of being the unluckiest bumbling fool. It's also nice to see a scrubby MC with a plans and ideas about how to get what he wants. The guy in episode 5 who'd normally be the lead in most anime just got his ass and soul handed to him for being a creepy goody two shoes and I loved it haha.

Bonus points for Aqua in this episode. I wouldn't want to interact with the outside world after going through such trauma either. Poor thing was so shook she forgot her divine status haha.

Kazuma and Aqua's voice actors are the ones who really make this show. The other voice actors are also quite good but those two just sell their roles so perfectly and Aqua is amazing at being panicked or freaking out. As a result their relationship is hysterical and just works.

I also busted a gut when Dullahan showed back up and was like "WHY HASN'T ANYONE COME TO MY CASTLE?!?!"

So good! That damn Dullahan went bye-bye for good. Such a team effort in the victory. So many funny moments in this one, from the darkness' crazy behavior asking for the beating, to Megumi's face lighting up when Kazuma told her she could fire her explosive magic close to town at the minions and the Dullahan, then she was floating in Aqua's flood spell water at the end because she collapsed, of course, lol. Bravo, hilariously good stuff.

OK, this episode had me in stiches again... Good stuff there. However, I was shocked there was a tonal change in the middle there, if just for a second, then bam, right back into misery, so much fun! Darkness is great. And only 8 Winter sprites killed for Megumin? Something is wrong there, lol.

This show continues to be hilarious and make me laugh throughout an episode. The evil dolls from Rozen Maiden invading the home was obvious and hilarious at the same time. They were all look-alikes mixed in the evil sprit crowd. Aqua is a bully, but gets leveled by Kazuma constantly. Also Megumin and Kazuma are a great team as well and provide great comical interactions as always.

I'm not sure how I feel about them skipping over an event that both introduces a character that is relevant this episode and is relevant to this episode itself (literally for the punchline) only to talk about it in a ~5 second flashback in a 'remember that time, when we...' fashion.
It... kinda works, but I'm pretty certain a couple scenes weren't as funny as they could have been.
Still fun though.

It's one of my two most anticipated shows this season, this and Showa. Little iffy on the animators talking about making it more 'moe' but if the comedy and writing is there I'm happy either way.
