you shouldn't build liandry's on katarina no matter what people with wrong opinions say and teemo benefits from it since it makes his shrooms really strong since liandry's effect is stronger on cc'd people (like the ones that step on his shrooms)

Oh I know that site and I do use it. The reason I ask is due to Blitz's Mana shield when he is low on health, which could help in his survivability. Looking at it now, at least Frozen Heart is built. Haven't tried Blitz in a while and was just wondering about it.
