I'm not sure whether it's the shotcalling by itself or just the general strategy C9 goes for, but they are certainly looking stronger right now.

It's far from over. All it takes is an Azir/Trist getting to do damage or a good shockwave + yasuo combo to win a team fight for either team. It'll snowball hard off the next fight most likely.
