Some models (Flain !) are constantly out of stock here, and the shelves at my Lego store seem to deplete very quicly, so at least it's doing good in France...

PSA: Last call for Mixels series 1.
LEGO stores are not getting any more in. Series 2 is coming in June. Flain and Volectro seem to be the more popular. I assume Volectro was seized by many OFOLs (Older Fans Of LEGO) for the unique hair piece.

Built the Bug Obliterator, my first and probably only Galaxy Squad set. I picked up most of the figures loose, but Ashlee Starstrider was hard to find. I considered buying the set, put it off, considered it again and so on. I had it in my shopping cart for about 350 SEK at Amazon but removed it. I eventually bought an extra orange guy and bought extra Ashlee faces from Lego to make her. Then I considered the set at the local sale where I got Helm's Deep instead, and it got sold. Now I stumbled across it for 399 SEK and decided to pull the trigger.
I haven't done any space stuff since I returned to Lego, so there's lots of new things to learn. There's a surprising amount of Technic going into the base of it, but it all gets covered up so it's all right. The build is interesting most of the way. One annoyance is those stickers that tend to go on every clean orange surface. It gives it a ton of detail but those pieces can't be used for anything else. On the other hand orange isn't a really usable colour anyway.
The finished build is awesome and surprisingly large. The tank is so-so and I might scrap it to just display the plane (along with another certain spaceship). Maybe a bit too over the top when it comes to armament - if all those yellow cones are lasers this thing could take on the Death Star. I'm just wondering why Orange Guy doesn't get a cockpit. Or maybe he pilots the tank.
Oh, there's a bug too. I found an interesting detail with the figure that might be useful later on. The bug is similar to thing like the Mirkwood spiders with tons of claw pieces and those lime spikes. The wings did make me want to build a M-Tron ship though. This thing is definitely going to the parts bin even though the parts aren't too useful.
Overall well worth the price and I'm glad I finally got it.

I bought the same set and I have to admit that I was kinda disappointed in the build of it. You end up spending a ton of time building 5-10 copies of the exact same thing and then adding 1 or 2 different pieces to it to make it "unique". It looks nice, but it was a very boring build. Plus it has stickers

Been collecting 'em ever since '01. Sorting these pieces out really puts into perspective how invested I was in it.
I've been trying to get some of the old masks lately. I wish I had collected them back when they were still cheap. The prices are killing me.

The cab on the snowplow is the same. I don't mind them at all.

I have a very big and well kept Bionicle collection that I am not sure if I want to keep all of including weird rare Bionicle merch and sets. It's at my folks old place but I might not mind helping flesh out your collection better if need be.

I think I'll get the most multiples of the one on the left.
I believe they are selling extremely well just based on my observations and the brick specialists at LEGO store I frequent the most. It's a very nice impulse buy plus there is a lot of advertising with the Cartoon Network tie-in. My kids only have 2 total and I have the whole series 1 with some dups.

Make sure to build them at least before your demise. If not, can I have them after your GF destroys you?
Keep an eye out for Mixels series 2 at LEGO stores before June in U.S. There is a possibility they release them a week early.
Chima summer minifigs:
Fire versions are pretty cool. Don't really care for the heads though. I'd probably use the torsos and legs for making custom minifigs.
Not feeling the ice tribe minifigs. Sabretooth ones and the mammoth big fig are cool (except for the trans legs).

Why can't we have a game similar to FTL only with TT LEGO Graphics, fully brick-built like the LEGO Movie Game and featuring true minifigure scale (not dissimilar from the above) Classic-themed spaceships?

I'd be interested in taking some of it, unfortunately I haven't a cent to spare right now so it would have to wait until next month. (I have a grand total of US 30$ to my name and most of that is just so the bank won't fine me.)
Do tell about the rare sets though.
I have most of the main retail sets (Barring Pahrak-Kal, Roodaka and some '01 and '07 titans) but I hardly have any of the specialty stuff aside from the Gold Mask of Time.

I'm missing specialty stuff but I do have alot of weird side Bionicle products that were limited markets + time. I have some strange stuff but dont remember them all exactly.
