Whoa! Dat mansion!
And the tour bus is as awesome as I expected. The extreme 80s vibe in the Friends stuff is like catnip to me. I might have to get a bunch of them this year.
Just a quick question out of curiosity. Do you guys stick to certain themes and buy the odd set outside of those themes or do you buy whatever interests you?

I buy whatever interests me and then some stuff that doesn't interest me but is like 75% off so I can't pass up buying it to use for parts.
I'm disappointed with the City Square. The descriptions made it seem better than what it actually looks like. This is more a vehicle focused set than a building focused one. It's probably also because I own the old Public Transport set too.
I'm starting to cool on it as well. It feels like a "jack of all trades, master of none" set from LEGO.
I would have been much happier with a new Garage (last one in 2009) or especially a Service Center (last one in 2007), than this mix.
And why waste piece count on another freaking helicopter? Does everyone in LEGO CITY own a helicopter now?
I still need this set to complete the line. But it's so expensive, especially considering cost-per-piece. =(It's a CITY set, not Creator Expert. It's a follow-up on this CITY Space set from 2011, just somewhat larger with a Shuttle instead:

His exuberance is both entertaining and frightening.Atamaii Toy Reporter continues his unique (weird) brand of Toy Fair coverage:

That Ninja Go airship is something the Final Fantasy fan in me really wants.
Also the Construction Mixels look like something from a Mega Man game, and thus I also want them.
This:
looks like a re-working of the Bat from the Dark Knight Rises, it really seems to have a lot of similar elements.
Nuremberg photos are starting to show up already!
60097 Town Square (specifically just the tram from that set)
Close-up shots of the Town Square:
Rumor going around that photography of licensed sets (except Minecraft) is not being allowed. We'll see if that holds true soon...

Are those wings new pieces? I don't remember any other sets with wings that size without studs in the middle.
What is the general opinion on the Arctic Base Camp set? I'm a little bit interested in it and it looks like my local Walmart has it in stock for $75.
Edit: Just kidding. I absolutely love that Arctic Outpost set. It has everything I like about the Arctic Base Camp set but without all the things I don't care for about the Arctic Base Camp set (basically all the little, insignificant builds that were thrown in for playability), and it's cheaper. Pretty sure I'm gonna grab that.
Friends Grand Budapest Hotel
Looks like I'm about to become a constraction fan - Star Wars constraction figures coming out this fall:
"Among all new sets, there are six construction figures 75107, 75108, 75109, 75110, 75111 and 75112. They look like the LEGO® Star Wars General Grievious (10186) figure from 2008. Same size, same laser sword, but no LEGO® Technic parts and similar to the LEGO® Marvel Super Heroes figures from 2012. Prices vary from 19,99 Euro to 34,99 Euro. By the way: Boba Fett will be one of the figures"

CCBS= The current constraction system. Stands for "creature and character building system".excuse my ignorance but by contraction you mean the CCB system?
It's weird because I was thinking yesterday why Lego hasn't done a CCBS Star Wars yet and only could rationalize why not is due to rights owned by another toy company.
CCBS= The current constraction system
Constraction = buildable action figures LEGO has made since Slizers/Throwbots, including Bionicle and Hero Factory
And yeah, I assumed Hasbro was stopping any attempts at LEGO Star Wars action figures. Guess I was wrong.

That tram intrigues me. It's the only thing I care about from that set. I'm not familiar with those trans pieces they use for the tram.
Something must have changed with the contracts, otherwise I would think LEGO would have done this years ago.
I was wondering what was going on with the price points of these sets, back when I posted the Star Wars 2H set info earlier this month:

75094 Imperial Shuttle Tydirium £79.99 ($89.99)
75106 Imperial Assault Carrier £99.99 ($119.99)
...and another 13 sets coming later in the year...

75112 £29.99 ($29.99)
1. What does "Star Wars 2H set" mean? That 2H specifically
2. Are sets 75107 and onward likely to be "normal" SW sets: Rebels, existing films/EU rather than SW7 sets?
Guesses about the sets, just because:
75099 Rey's speeder plus some extra
75101 or 75102 is the new X-Wing.
75105 Millenium Falcon
