My childhood was all about Star Trek and it got me through so much in life including the death of my best friend who was also a big Trekkie. I has the opportunity to meet Mr. Nimoy once at a con and he was as amazing as you expect.

Very sad to hear this. He's been a part of my entertainment life ever since I was a small child. I had the Star Trek action figure of him. I've watched the TV show and all the movies with him in them. I've seen him on Fringe and laughed at his funny-ass Bilbo Baggins video/song.

I will miss him but I have nothing but fond memories.
