Well, I think I'm kind of ignorant then heh, dark ambient for me was mostly Lustmord, who I do not like, but you get things like Mono Atro which are ok, and Sophia which is pretty amazing.

I liked what you linked too. I will check more into it.

I've never heard of these before, something tells me they might be more on the 'metal/industrial' side of the dark ambient spectrum but I'll have to check them out.

porn? nope. I usually have photos of fit guys or clothes i want to fit into on my phone as motivation. There is a pair of naked and famous and rogue territory stanton jeans i want to buy so badly. When I am fit and can wear those clothes i can participate in the gaf menswear thread. You cannot be fat and contribute there.

Overall I like it. It's clean and simple. I would maybe add a single color to the main color palette to make it more vivid (e.g. red from 3DS logo), but I see that you're adding image headers to your posts so that might be enough when there will be more articles on the list.

What I would work on is the template for article's footer - both on the article page and on the main page. There are too many elements cluttered together and there and some of them I think are unnecessary. For example, since you're the only author on the blog, I don't think you need an information that the article was posted by you. An overall info about you in the right column would be enough. And the the whole share panel (G+, email, FB etc.) I think should be visible only on article's page, since as a user you usually want to share the article after you read it whole and not when you're reading an excerpt of the article.

I once read about a study that showed Testosterone levels increased in men after watching (7 minutes?) of porn, and since Testosterone increases energy, motivation, and most importantly in this case muscle generation, I think watching some porn (but NOT masturbating, of course) before going to the gym could be beneficial for fat loss and muscle gain.

And yes I used to do that occasionally when I use to go to the gym (I haven't renewed my membership since last summer, I currently workout at home)

I don't think you'd like it very much. The show's pretty slow to get good, and then it just nosedives at the end of season 1. It's part of why I haven't felt the urge to continue with season 2.

Well, porn is usually just an easy source for buff guys. I should preface that I usually just find a decent Tumblr site and check it out before I head out. I can see how it might be discouraging, but I just use it as inspiration to try and get that body. Since I lost a bunch of weight and got skinny, I've been really working the last 2 years to build muscle. Started at 135lbs with about 15% body fat and I'm sitting around 150lbs with 10%. Always trying to improve.
