I'm on Safari for iPhone and I can see and use them just fine, but it seems like people can't see them on Chrome for computers, so if you got something to say with emojis it might be complicated for everybody to understand what you mean (that's a good way to write private things I guess)

It's a WebKit/Blink rendering issue on Windows, so Chrome and Opera won't display them without a CSS font declaration.
I actually made a user script/extension that enables them in Chrome/Opera on windows, but in Windows, emoji are black and white outlines. Future versions of Firefox 30-something will have full color support for Windows 8.1. Win 8.1 does have full-color support, but I don't think any browser currently supports it.
It adds a quick reply box at the bottom of the page and it puts emoji on the side, too.
