I thought it'd be fun and harmless to buy Ninja Gaiden III (NES) since I loved it as a kid. Holy cow, this thing is insanely hard :0 Really good game, though. NESGAF told me it's normal that I'd struggle since it's the hardest game in the trilogy. But apparently this is the first time I'm playing the NA version, I originally played it on Famicom and it turns out the Japanese version was easier. I love discovering stuff like this

Thanks, everyone! Nothing super exciting, unfortunately. I have lunch plans with the family on Saturday, but tomorrow, I'm just gonna spend the day relaxing and playing SMT IV. So, not a bad birthday, I'd say.

Random question, but maybe someone here knows. I have an astigmatism in one of my eyes and I'm ordering contacts online. When I'm ordering, I need to put in -1.00 under Cylinder, but the only options are -0.75 or -1.25 which is.. of course right in the center between the one I need. Is it better to go over or under?

Drink a lot of water for a day and see if the problem persists. Go to a doctor/clinic and get tested.
If it was from that time you told us about, I am skeptical because symptoms start showing up after a while, it doesn't usually happen that fast. I think it might be something else, and not STI related. However get tested just in case.

Yeah, I read on WebMD (I know, it's cancer, iamalreadydead.jpg) that most STDs don't rear up until a few weeks after the sex. It's just kind of weird. I've never had an STI or STD, 've always been clean down there (front and back, if you please) and I've never had any sort of pain similar to this before. I'll drink loads of water tomorrow and if it persists, I'll go to my GP.

Are you sure you never had that pain before? Here's a fun fact I had never realized before until it actually happened: If you pee right after ejaculating, or even after a few minutes (sometimes within an hour) it will be very painful. I looked it up and it has something to do with semen being present on the urinary track or something, hence a burning sensation when you pee. It feels terrible I:

Obviously, it's because DNA isn't a foolproof method of information transfer, and sometimes an organism develops eccentricities.
