I think I've seen just about every gay-themed movie (yes I'm sad), and you can't go wrong with these:

Shelter
Beautiful Thing
The Way He Looks
Free Fall (German)
White Frog

And only one of those actually has the cliched terrible ending most gay films seem to end up with. :p

Besides the ones in my little list I made I while back? :p

But five favourites are when it comes to gay male films;
A Single Man
Bad Education
Happy Together
I Killed My Mother/Tom at the Farm (can't decide which of these Xavier Dolan films I like the most so they're both on the list)

Oh, and there are way, way more "quality" films (and TV) with gay males than lesbians, you forget how lousy the films industry treats women.

I've got it on the list. ;)

And like I said above. Carol is stunning. Watch it.

Thanks Berzeli. Bookmarked the original list.

I went to see It Follows at the cinema. It didn't scare me but I found it good fun to watch. I enjoyed how retro it all felt, especially the weird-ass soundtrack. I have good memories of that being the first film that I went to see with my boy :)

I remember coming home from the cinema and actually thinking someone was following me. Very good choice of film for a date if you are both into horror films.
Pretty scary that it only spreads through sex. World's worst STD. Kinda wish it showed what would happen if two people of the same gender had sex and a few other scenarios.
I also enjoyed the retro visuals and the synth soundtrack. It was composed by the same guy that did the soundtrack for Fez. Funny story, this guy that was into same hobbies as me that I was chatting for months at the time was the one that told me about the film. We ended up going on a date, but never heard back from him. I did learn that he really liked wearing shirts and way more fancy than me. I also went on a date to see Anabelle and the guy must have thought I was a scaredy cat. No dolls in my house! I really like anything horror despite the fact that it's not hard to scare me. I blame the vivid imagination.
I went to see Bounty Hunter on my first ever date. Seeing Gerard Butler getting a hickey from a taser really set the mood. Glorious.
:p

Hmm, I hate most gay movies, but I really liked "Mysterious Skin," starring JGL and "The Mudge Boy," starring uber-hottie Emile Hirsch. Those were good and pretty hot at the same time.

So I'm singing at an NHL game this week!!! I'm so anxious but excited! It'll be my third time, but this will be the first time that it's not preseason!!

I don't watch gay movies because I feel like a large part of them have a sad ending and I'm not about that life tbh

I agree with you there. I know being gay is often difficult for a lot of people but I hate being reminded of it so often. I want my movies to distract me from the harsh reality I see every day. :(

guys i was on gaming side on the SFV review thread....why...

You should have looked at the OP and not read the rest of the thread. I'm laughing tho cause now they are discussing fan service and dragging each other to make a point on how the fan service on X or Y game is worst instead of talking about the game itself and the gameplay, content(or lack thereof at the moment), etc.

The FGC can be messy like that but oh well free entertainment without having to log on Netflix. Oh and if you want to buy the game go ahead and enjoy the game.

everyones bitching about SFV being thin on launch content WHEN IT DOESNT MATTER because all the post launch gameplay content is free (purchasable with in-game money). you can buy it now for $60 if you want to play it now OR you can wait until June (for still 60$) when the rest of the content is released. theres no difference, except in the first scenerio you get to play the game months earlier.

yeah im gonna get it as it is now since its just missing features i dont really care about (like Player vs CPU. who gives a shit you casuals) and im fine with waiting on the story mode. either way if you care about SF you're gonna have to wait so i might as well buy it now so i can at least play online and local in the meantime

Without reading the thread, this makes it seem like a repeat of what happened last year on GAF with Splatoon. Except in this case it's a very established franchise.

I hope they used the same hilarious animations for some of the moves from the Street Fighter V beta in the final game. I remember reading that some characters like Cammy and R. Mika had to be toned down.

Wonder if Poison will make an appearance further down the road. Pretty good character in Ultra and Street Fighter x Tekken.

I've been watching this Danish Twitch streamer play Unravel and I have no idea what he's saying, but he's very pretty, and starts dancing at random occasions for some reason.

Most content will be free but there is the premium outfits which cost actual money. Maybe they expect those to be included later on in a special package later on but considering they will be constantly updating the game for the whole generation people will basically miss a lot while waiting for the "complete" package. There is some DLC that is expected to be paid but it seems unobtrusive from the main game since apparently all DLC character can be purchasable with FM unless that changes. Also Capcom need to make some money out of the game so it makes sense to have some sort of content being sold to keep the game active without having to release other editions which is kinda treating it like a moba or MMO in terms of content updates. Sure the game will eventually cost less cause everything drops price but people may have missed on a lot of time from the action so they might get bodied by people who played the game from earlier times.

Overall SFV with the content map they have so far it seems the game in the end will be worth the 60 bucks if they keep updating it as constantly as they promise to do so. Some may get it later but in the end the product will be ending the same for people except the difference of outfits which doesnt affect gameplay in any way.

The animations are there but the camera changed to cover up a bit of the fan service. The one on that picture I believe is still the same but Mika buttslap is out of the cam.

Also link to that streamer? LOL

Ono wouldn't shut the fuck up about that when all they did was slightly alter camera angles. There's still Laura's costume, Chun-Li's dress, Juri's rumored SFV design so I was confused as to why he kept bringing it up over and over when it's clear it really didn't matter to them. It's a little bit annoying and it only encourages any type of SFV discussion to turn into fanservice shit slinging.

In reality all fighting games these days have their form of fan service. Some stronger than others but no game is free of it at this point. At this point is people in glass houses throwing stones at each other.

As for Juri's design there is a cutscene image out there that is safe to guess that would be her in game design or at least an alt outfit. At the same time SF were so nasty about fanservice before with other games so its somewhat nice to see them getting shit back at them when SF has done fanservice since the beginning. (Cammy, Sakura, Elena, etc) Now its more obvious so its even easier to go at it. Funny to call DOA the titty fighter when you have Laura looking like this, R. Mika needs no picture at this point to prove the point and you know what other characters provide fan service and which form.

In the end I'll enjoy the game and probably use the fanservice to troll people.

I've been ever so slowly moving further and further away from gaming side since I joined.

Gaming Side turns into a mess too easily.

DOA at least has attractive male characters tbh. Street Fighter male characters are all super hideous.

Haha. The controversial bum slap.

You can find dancing streamer here. I'm sure he will be pleased to get a few more viewers admiring... his gaming skills. I think I could only get this excited on camera after a few drinks. :)

I wouldn't really mind if the risky animations for all the moves had been changed. Was more curious about it than anything. Essentially, what really matters is how the game plays and I was quite impressed with what I got to play during the beta. The hilarious animations are just a bonus and a way to make me laugh. Really looking forward to playing more matches as Cammy when I get the game!

DOA needs an island resort game with the guys. :p

Man I had an opportunity to attend a dinner with the university president but I forgot to RSVP and it's tonight. Fuck. They said there are more opportunities so I hope I can go again.

DOA needs an island resort game with the guys. :p

Volleyball, Wrestling, Weight Lifting, Rock Climbing, Tug of War, Swimming competition and the casino games.

Add VR and let us interact with the guys to apply tanning lotion, oil and interact with them in the minigames. I'll spend many hours buying all the swimsuits and hope there are some jockstraps in there.

EDIT: The streamer playing Unravel posted by charmed is cute.

I think he dances when someone donates, at least that's what he did just now. And then he started rubbing his nipples.

Shame that he really, really isn't my type. (also that he plays I game I want to experience first-hand)

Happy belated Valentines day y'all. Hope even you single folk had fun.

Soulscribe: Make sure the flowers you ordered are the ones you got. I once ordered flowers for someone and I asked them to send a pic: They received the balloon one day, then the flowers four days later. On top of that, it was a single flower inside one of those buckets you'd get for a child, with a card in it that had nothing written on it. I complained about it but they were unapologetic and accused me of lying - and even under the circumstance that I wasn't lying, it "wasn't their responsibility," as they send the order to a flower shop in the area I ordered and they fulfill the requests.

Anyway, I wrote a harsh BBB review and got a refund from my bank. If you ordered them in person, the disregard the previous. :)
