I have a feeling he'll hate it, but he might appreciate the Adam and Eve thing. I don't think that'll stop him from finishing though since that's only like 2-3 episodes from the end. I also have a feeling he'll hate the ending with the purgatory stuff. With all the candidate stuff and everything in season 6, I have a feeling he's not going to enjoy it as much.

However, when he was watching season 4 he said it just got too confusing with the flashbacks and flashforwards and everything... but then when he finished the 4th season and I asked him what his favorite season so far was he said the 4th. So who knows with him. He barely talks about his opinion of the show and if I ever try to tell someone how far he's gotten on the show or anything like that, he gets mad. So I think he's enjoying it, and just won't admit it. Season 6 will probably be more of "it's ending so I have to get through it" territory for him though.

Watched the finale again. And now I am depressed. :(

We're all going to die. Lost is over. Everyone you know will die. Every good thing will end. Nothing lasts. And there's no such thing as purgatory :(

lol yea I know, which is why I was so shocked to see him watching it. I just wanted him to see the pilot cause I was bored one day and it turned into five seasons.

Fuckin A I want that thing ASAP, I'm so ready for my 1080p Lost rewatch but $200 is a lot of money for me to spend on one thing. I might have to save it for a holiday gift or something but I want it now.

I don't have any of the Lost soundtracks although I've always been a fan of the music on the show and think it was one of its strongest elements... If I had to pick one season OST to start with, which one would you recommend?

S1.

Then S3, S4, and S6

S2 and S5 aren't as good, though they both have some great stuff in there.
 
I think I will just get season 6 soundtrack and thats its got lots of great new ones and all the old ones remastered and better than ever on it too

Generally, people just tend to hate endings. They are very tough to pull off well, and it is virtually impossible to make one that everybody likes.

Life on Mars (the original version) had one of my favorite finales ever. Then I see a day-after BBC article asking viewers if they liked it. It was almost an exact 50-50 split.

I'd flip 4 and 6. Nothing beats the music in the last three episodes of S4 (where, incidentally, "No Place Like Home" was introduced. I go, actually, 4,6,3.

3 has Under The Knife and all the Through The Looking Glass stuff.
 
So i was thinking about the MiB and how he became the monster and i thought of this:

Falling in the light should have killed him, but because of mother's rules, he could not die. Only his body died.

What do y'all think.

Only his body died and thats why his dead body showed up in the same place Jack ended up.

MiB soul literally fused with the darkness that the light was holding back to create this monster. I think thats pretty fucking awesome.

Theres a great moment in Man behind the curtain when Ben talks to Richard about seeing his dead mum and how she died off the island and it affects Richard.

Now we know he acts this way because he saw his dead wife on the island and she died off the island
