The issues:
1. Blarg or Kark, who should go first?
2. Should one of them go today? If not, why?
3. TimeFlux. Innocent, scum, or lynch on policy?
Catching up this morning. Going to answer these questions since they're up, then I have a few other things I want to comment on.
1) Right now, I'm leaning towards Blarg on this one. There's simply more evidence on that side.
2) I believe not lynching one would be a mistake, so yes. In my eyes we have 2 seemingly conflicting claims, and both of them "confirm" the other as a PR. By not lynching one, we're knowingly leaving scum a PR alive.
3) I lean slightly innocent, but I also haven't seen them contribute as much as I'd like in this phase. They've sort of hidden away, despite Time's claim he was going to be more active. I'm inclined to go with policy lynch here, if we think we can afford it.
Now to something I wanted to talk about that I've noticed. KingKitty brought up this:
in a scum team, there are bound to be certain scum members who contribute more and seem more town friendly. while there will be other scum members who contribute less, simply glide along, and could make it harder to give a firm read.
It made me realized we've had a few people try to get by without contributing by instead simply saying they agree with what their partner has said (obviously, why wouldn't they?). That logic does not fly by me at all. Despite being a pair and having access to the same information, you're going to arrive at conclusions differently, or maybe even arrive at different conclusions. Going forward I'm not willing to be lenient at all on people who're trying to hide behind their partner's work and coast. I don't think anyone else should be either.
