Still haven't finished Borderlands 3. Or Mafia 3. Both were quite disappointing. At least Mafia remake delivered.
Me too and I was pumped for both. BL3 was a bigger disappointment. I Think I gave Mafia 3 a second chance and got through more than half of it.

Don't care for BL4, but really praying for a no-nonsense approach to Mafia. Teaser was too short for proper judgment.

Had no issue whatsoever with the way they handled the recent Definitive Edition, would be awesome to feel the same way with a proper new game in the series.

I could care less about Borderlands as I've always thought it was shit but Mafia.

The return to classic Cosa Nostra has me super hyped.

The only thing wrong with BL3 was the hilarious humor from part 2 didn't land in part 3, at all.

Step up your comedy game fellas, because BL2 was legit but 3 fell flat only because of the overly safe writing that was horrified it might offend anyone.

Please, offend us.

The gameplay in 3 is not bad. The builds are pretty good. It is not Destiny 2 gameplay wise but it holds up. It just isn't enough, we need the humor back. Claptrap was like a comic genius and in the last game they really sidelined him. Randy, make sure this writing is on point.

3 is totally fine as long as you turn off all the voice acting and pop on a podcast

The first game is still the best for me though. 2 has the best music.

BL4 better be next-gen only
and for the love of god bring back BL2-style physx particles/fluids--i dont care if i need to manually SLI a 5090 to get it.

mafia... eh. really only enjoyed mafia1, and not the remake.

I really enjoyed Borderlands 1 and 2 (actually enjoyed the "pre sequel" as well) but fucking hell, 3 and that Tiny Tina game along side Randy USB just made me hate the series, which sucks.
The writing was never exactly highest tier, but it was grand until 3, then it was a cringe pile of bollocks. Don't even bring up the Tales of The Borderlands game they wrote.

Mafia I liked a lot. Probably 2 over 1 and 3. Haven't had a good mafia style game in a while (except the remasters) so I would be ready to dive into that world again. Looking forward to the trailer.
