I can't help but think that Pacific Rim has the highest chance of pulling a Prometheus of any movie this year.

Still holding on that hopefully they'll release one next week with Jack The Giant Slayer since it's a WB/Legendary Pictures production too. Some trailers have started passing cert for release within the next couple of weeks so if there is a MOS coming we should know in a few days.

Pretty weird that a high profile sequel for Snyder is so under the radar.
he isn't directing. I think he is producing it though.
but still, I remember the hype campaign behind the first 300... but if there is anything I've learned over the years, it's that you shouldn't underestimate WB's incompetence.
Maybe its really shitty and they are just trying to release it without wasting money on the marketing and still banking on the name to turn a profit.

Some new trailer certifications today but none for Man of Steel. 
On the other hand we are getting new trailers for Iron Man 3 and The Lone Ranger within the next week or 2. Man, I hope I don't have to wait till April to see more of MOS I'm too damn antsy! I'd think given the current trend of other blockbusters we might see a TV spot in March but that might be asking for too much.

Sounds good, although I wanted it to be closer to a Nolan type film a little darker, filled with grief.
