Latino Review also said this Tuesday online (this was before the website countdown began) and they have been pretty spot on regarding this movie.
Honestly yeah, for me it's kinda the same with Nintendo having no presence on the VGAs, this is fucking awful.

It's not explicitly a trailer or teaser. It's mysterious and really short, so it's designed to create buzz and get shared a bunch.
