1) I am very happy this series is back and getting translated/scanlated again. Still not as good as Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer but it's better than most shounen running right now, so that's good enough.

The new generations SUCK. The manga has taken a completely thematic flip and now inherent skill is direct proportional with how old your generation is. At least Part 2's other theme is still intact: Effort is meaningless to Inherited Talent

Damn, shit got real twice in the last two chapters. I'm impressed at the progress. I thought for sure this manga was going to draw everything the fuck out. MC has such a shitty fucking memory. I mean, you're a Japanese kid and you grow up in a place where blondes aren't common at all and then you can't remember your first love you spent an entire summer with that has bright fucking yellow hair? Fuck you.

Ruri is the best part of this comic though. She makes everything better. I'm gonna be rooting for hitman(woman?) girl though. Dat retarded innocence.

Severely talented artist on this one. The story is pretty simple but the character art is just amazing. Great paneling work on this one as well, very rarely does she repeat a frame. But it also has a very cinematic feel to the layout. I kind of hope this is a short manga as I want artist like this branching out and not being stuck with one project.


Sing Yesterday for Me

This is just sort of meandering through some characters at the moment, hopefully nearing a climax to the story. But I just love the art on this one too. Its a lot simpler than Gisele. Butt hats probably why I like it so much. While most manga art looks overworked this is rougher and while still being great.

As such, with intrigue, it can be subjective. Some people can be intrigued by certain things or characters and others won't be intrigued by those same characters. Even you said that the Espada (and the intrigue behind them) played a part in what made HM good. I know that there were some people who weren't intrigued at all by the Espada, and as a result, were not thrilled by HM because of that.

There could've been intrigue, but Aizen was so strong that he rendered it all pointless.

"Meh. These espada suck. I'll cut boobies in half."

So he was basically wasting eveyone's time with the FKT battle since he was really only trying to find someone strong enough to help him evolve in power.

FKT was, as you said, a Battle Royale, there was no intrigue to be had because it was good vs bad or whatever. And this basically meant Kubo had to live off of the fights and pacing. Fights were great, pacing was bad.

It wasn't even that. It was just Aizen doing whatever he pleased. The only thing that didn't go according to plan was Urahara hacking him back when he was in condom mode.

Fullbring, yet another arc that relies on intrigue. If one is intrigued by the Fullbringers and how they intermingle with the plot, they will like the arc. I, personally, didn't give a fuck about any Fullbringer except for Tsukishima, and I didn't really like the arc. I wasn't intrigued by their story or any of them individually. This was capped off by the bad ending to their arc which I believe even the most ravenous of Bleach fans would have to admit was inexcusable.

As far as the focus on Ichigo went, the fullbringers did manage to almost completely destroy Ichigo mentally. The FB's were fodder, but at least the Aizen twins managed to do more damage to Ichigo than any of the SS captains ever managed.

I am, and I know a lot of others are. I really want to know more about the Quincy backstory, and definitely want to know about how Ishida (and his father), one of the mainstays, will fit into all of this.

I think this will eventually pull in Isshin's backstory too. I really want those particulars.

If this magic isn't detectable by even magic council members then why hasn't
Raven Tail used this all over the map for unfair cheating purposes?

I think a lot of their cheating and general abuse could've been made much more interesting if they had used powerful illusions all along, with the final "reveal" at this point.
This just makes the extremely obvious cheating seem even worse, knowing they'd have a perfect "disguise" magic to make it less obvious.

The only problem with this is the battle which is gonna happen next chapter. Mashima just can't do satisfying all-against-ones.

Regarding the illusion (@Neoriceisgood) , Raven Tail can't overuse it freely because even if the council doesn't notice as it happens, I assume that they'll be able to investigate after the fact if someone complains. Of course Fairy Tail won't say anything, so they can only use it against them.

OK, so after putting it off a few times, I finally decided to give this one a shot. The premise didn't really scream must read at any point, but after getting into it, holy shit this thing is hilariously depraved. Kiyoshi really sucks at not getting himself in trouble by proxy/association though.

Few notes:

- WTF is up with the Chairman of the school getting caught with porn so often? How does one not know how to use incognito mode? :lol

- Why do I get the feeling that Chiyo is final boss somehow?
