RIP Love Rush and Red Sprite.Jump Issue 49 Rankings
Amalgam getting quite the good reception. I certainly won't mind seeing more of it.
Lol Soma.

Jun is such a coward, I hope the end of the 4koma is just all three of the girls sexing each other in front of Jun after deciding he's such a loser.
Considering the doujins the author's done, this may not be a longshot.
So, how many more weeks are we giving Love Rush and Red Sprite before they get axed?
One Piece 845
Wait, why is everyone assuming Pudding to be good? She was obviously lying to the Straw Hats about Sanji and the marriage, as well as probably lying to Sanji right now. After everything we've seen from Big Mom and her children, she seems to raise only psychotic people of the highly sadistic kind. Pudding might just be playing around with them and plotting something truly sinister.
Lola seemed fine.
What about the mermaid who ran away with AladineSimilar to Sanji, she might just have been the odd one who turned out ok due to leaving at a young age and exploring the world on her own. And Pound might just have had some influence on that.
If Sanji does marry this girl and bring her back aboard the Sunny, it'll a good twist on the lecherous nature joke that's been getting sort of old (not to mention Brooke fulfills the same role in many occasions). So it's settled.
Pudding for nakama.
Man I've been outta the manga loop for a while now. Just getting back in with
OINSHINBO
I freaking love this. The food is obviously drawn beautifully, but I even like the simple way the characters are drawn. For some reason, the characters' look sorta reminds me of Rumiko Takahashi's simpler drawings.
Aside from this, I ordered the 6th volume of Yotsuba &! (so happy it came back), and the first volume of The Drops of God. What have CLAMP and Yuu Watasei been up to these days?
we can officially conclude that the rushing since the Area 6 arc began was due to WSJ
and likely that is when Mitsutoshi received the news and had to start blitzing through a bunch of stuff and re-organize his series so that it was have some form of conclusion
even so I feel that Mitshitoshi choose that correct choice in cutting all that fat in order to ease its conclusion as much as possible
if he continued to just go on maybe we might of have a half assed ending like Bleach or Beezlebub

Nisekoi had the "best pacing" of the 3 rushed to conclusion series only because it was written in a way that it could transition into endgame at anytime.
I wish the 400 chapters of this series had been 100ish chapters in the human world with the rest of the series being in the gourmet world since the series really came into it's own in the gourmet world and it got rushed to ending during that point. The ending has been a bit of a cluster and hard to follow but it is nice to see what was planned as opposed to what Bleach did.
Like...3 sequels. xxxHolic: Rei, Tsubasa: Nirai Kanai-hen and CC Sakura: Clear Card.
Honestly, a lot while at the same time not a lot. =/
Just avoid Modern Clamp altogether.
wait, DTL liked Toriko?
D:
We're never gonna get a proper manga ending for X/1999 are we.
Weird to think that Bleach, Toriko and Kochikame all ended this year. Ignoring One Piece, the three best selling titles are now Haikyuu, My Hero Academia and Food Wars. Jump for the longest time has felt like it had a static roster, but has really fostered some big hitters in recent years. Weirder still to think that Assassination Classroom was bigger than everything but OP and Shueisha actually let it end after less than 4 years.
Hunter x Hunter is a big seller too, but that's deep in the "doesn't count" pit.
Jump is trying to push Black Clover hard, but it's volumes sales are just average. At least in Japan, somehow it gets in the Top 10 in North America. I guess both sides of the planet have shit taste in manga/anime. *glares at SAO fans*
I guess they learned their lessons from Bleach and just let Matsui finish his work the way he wants to - which who would have thought led to a super satisfying and well paced ending!Weird to think that Bleach, Toriko and Kochikame all ended this year. Ghost Tits/Yuuna is already a stronger seller then BC in Japan....Japan really loves its To Love-Ru type mangas (though to be fair, Yuuna is better then TLR....Darkness is porn it doesn't count.).
Haha ouch. I doubt English Jump will run it, they're very weary on ecchi ever since E-Robot. Then they picked up his second series, which is going to bomb out along with Red Sprite.
With Toriko leaving too, they need new blood. They should bite the bullet and start doing recent Haikyu chapters, not wait until all the old ones are translated. I can see them picking up Amalgam as well.
