Meh...did not care for this volume. The flashback was kind of meh, and I hated how the entire subjectmanner of humans being bad was constantly forced down the throat. The themes explored in this volume should be more subtle rather than just texts and texts of dialogue. It's pretty bad, actually.
With that being said I like how Ehren is finally in the Survey Corps.

Was surprised to see colour page things in my copy of Cardfight!! Vanguard v2 (and a Dragonic Overlord). Crusher Kyou, if only he was doing his Crush Ruh too even. Miwa Taishi on the other page. Good inclusion.

Attack on Titan Volume 5
Things are getting more interesting, less psuedo-philosophy and more worldbuilding, which I'm a fan of. The setting of Attack on Titan is so interested and detailed, and I can see why it resonates so much with Western audiences outside of it's subject manner. Overall, a solid book.
Attack on Titan Volume 6
This one picks up after Volume 5, introducing the female titan and developing the story even more-so. One thing I will say about this manga that does real well is hyping me in finding out exactly what the fuck these Titans are. It's literally my only drive reading this right now as I'm genuinely curious about where Titans come from and why they eat humans and whatnot.

Soma will fight curry guy in the second round
Dark soma will fight alice aide in the second round. No way Soma fight dark soma in the second round he hasn't been hyped enough yet, beating a jobber like italian boy doesn't make him a threat.
Heck I'd say curry guy vs dark soma in the second round is more plausible with curry guy losing in a "stunner" leading to a 'we will have our battle later' moment for Curry guy to Soma. Really can't see much of a reason for soma to fight alice's aide though. Soma doesn't need to defend moe blobs honor or anything and it's clear the aide doesn't think much of Alice as a cook. Really this match up only happens if they want dark soma to really be hyped up, I just can't see them turning curry guy into a jobber
