yep, kka. probably just proxy through, or use tenso to forward it depending on the shop. i feel like it'd be cheaper to order it through a store in japan than h lorenzo, especially if the exchange rate weakens

I did a quick google search as well and I'm not finding any Korean mannequin models. With that said, I'd probably do some more research about the brand to make sure it's legit.

Personally, I think their shit looks tacky as hell but to each his own.
