March WrassleGAF |SHOW-T| Big Shoes Mean Big Appetites

I need to start watching ROH again. It's just a matter of getting back into it I guess.

Yeah, I'm kinda forcing myself to watch it again - the match quality was never an issue, the presentation just felt stale, but after the 11th anniversary iPPV surpassed my expectations I felt I should give the TV show another shot.

Steen and Richards talked up how it has improved since Cornette has been gone and I have to agree....also the addition of making the house shows delayed iPPVs makes those shows kind of worth seeing again.

For a while there those house shows were so awful, they really were phoning it in and I have no idea who would have bought those DVDs. I'm glad they've seemingly improved in quality and having them as delayed iPPVs definitely helps - I bought the Honor vs Evil event from last month and it was a fun show, I'd certainly buy more if they can keep the cards interesting.

TNA has said they were going to refocus on the X-Division at least 5 times in the past 5 years. I don't buy it. It will last less than 2 months.

Imagine that this crowd had to sit through this week's and last week's impact in one taping.

I worked the show last week (photographer) and it actually flew by. All the backstage stuff was taped earlier in the day, even before the first episode. I actually got to sit backstage and watch it being taped. Was pretty cool.

The crowd was really hot for the 1st episode, but as expected, cooled off for the 2nd one because they had seen everyone earlier in the night.

Well, you were working.....of course it flew by for you.

WWE Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett b. Bo Dallas with the Bullhammer to retain. Crowd was pro Barrett, chanting “Let’s Go Barrett” and “No More Bo”.

Poor Bo nobody likes him.

hug it out chant. I don't see Bryan or Kane anywhere? Also, AJ Styles is basically 96 sting right now.

I'm okay with that. I see him doing a fall from grace story, and then working his way back up the ranks. Looks like he's pretty locked into his character right now, weight gain, shaggy beard, and everything. I dig this version of AJ. Decent segment with Tenay, Tazz, and Storm there, though a little busy. Just went to show that AJ's not listening to anyone.

I'm okay with them trying to save this storyline. At least it's now making progress. The buildup was absolute garbage, but the explanation works well. The only thing that STILL hasn't been explained is...why? What's the point? What's their motivation? Just to fuck over Hogan? Why?

So, does Angle win this? Pretty hard to pick between him, Hardy, and Joe. Don't see Magnus having a chance at all.

10 bucks says this ends with an Aces and Eights run-in.
