Their Rumble equivalent is now no longer for the number one contendership, but is for the LU title with the champion in at number 1.

How...coincidental? Given it was taped a while ago now.

That was one of the finest hours of pro wrestling TV in years. Things started off really fun with the trios tag, then cooled off a bit for Texano-Chavo - but that allowed things to stand out more with both Mil and Matanza being set up in back to back vignettes as monsters who will one day be at war. It's like if you saw a trailer for a Godzilla movie and a King Kong movie back to back - nothing was stated about them facing off, but seeing them back-to-back makes you wonder what would happen if they fought. It was great, and we got Matanza killing more dudes while the Streets of Rage scream sound effect blared too.

Then we got the main event. Holy shit was it crazy- and not just due to the spots. There were some things that kinda didn't need to be there, like chairs to the head - but they at least meant something. Masks were ripped up and that allowed blood to floor from the chairs - so we got masked luchador bloodshed for the first time in LU history, Vamp marking out for dives, and the single best David vs. Goliath match since Razor vs. 1-2-3 Kid in 1993 too as FENIX BEAT HIM TO WIN THE TITLE. Then, Catrina set out for revenge. She's now lost all of her gold in one night, and Dario has staked his claim to regain his Temple. Mil enters Aztec Warfare as number 20, while Fenix now has to defend his title and run the gauntlet as number 1. It's going to be amazing, and Rey's debut happens there too. Oh my God can next Wednesday just be here already!?

an appearance on the Max & Marcellus ESPN radio show on 3/11, Dana White said that UFC 196, which took place six days earlier in Las Vegas, broke all kinds of records and ended up doing 1.5 million buys on PPV.

The number, if accurate, would be significantly up from both the November (Ronda Rousey vs. Holly Holm) and December (Conor McGregor vs. Jose Aldo and Chris Weidman vs. Luke Rockhold) shows that are believed to have done in the 1.05 to 1.2 million buy range. It would beat every UFC event to date with the exception of UFC 100, which is estimated at 1.6 million buys. The difference is that UFC 100 was supposed to blow away all numbers, with title matches featuring the company’s two biggest drawing cards at the time, Brock Lesnar and Georges St-Pierre.

With much higher prices than UFC 100, as well as the company doing more iPPV buys than ever before (meaning it keeps a higher percentage of the revenue), this was easily the biggest grossing MMA event of all-time, and would have, as far as total revenue, greatly outdistanced any WrestleMania in history (the biggest one would be the 2012 WrestleMania with the first Rock vs. John Cena match).

Wrestlemania is free this year

Gable hit the most amazing Chaos Theory in the NXT main event. It was like he went for the same one he hit on Baron Corbin, but Aiden English is half the size of Corbin so Gable nearly launched him into orbit.

Oh boy, you're getting close to the Brawl for All.
Brawl for all? Hmmm wwe should create something with that name. Since they have Severn, Shamrock, and Blackman they should do like a bare knuckle Brawl type thing. Others can join too but, that wouldn't be too smart.

Oof. I really should watch season 2 (only seen first two episodes) of LU but I think I'll buy the first season on Itunes first. I should probably just get the season pass for season 2 as well...

They filmed a movie and the only thing that's interesting is a wrestler with a gun because of its relation to carny talk...
