I love how AJ is always in character.

Never break AJ and Bryan up WWE! Keep Bryan as champ and make AJ the next Divas champ. They're gonna be the greatest couple in WWE history.

I have a better idea. Have D-Bryan lose the belt to Sheamus and AJ run off with a returning Layla.

As a casual viewer, how far off is this theory:

Undertaker and HHH go back and forth with finishers all over the place, then HHH finally gets the upper hand, pins him and Shawn only counts till 2 because he doesn't want to acknowledge HHH is better than him.

Some more shenanigans follow and Undertaker wins. So the streak lives but HHH kind of broke the streak for real this time.

Since there isn't going to be a retirement angle this year, If HBK does screw over HHH I'm 99% positive they're going to set up a triple threat match at WM29. Unless they kill the angle at Summerslam. I think most of them if not all of them will stick around till WM30.

But honestly after all this end of an era shit this really has to be the last match. They already put in 4 years to this angle.

So I sent away for The Atomic Elbow zine. First off the zine looks great, very well put together. The stories, comics, reviews, and Ultra Mantis Black interview are really good. I thought I was getting my monies worth with the zine and UMB/Atomic Elbow pin set, but when I opened the package I also received an awesome print, some rad old school WCW trading cards, and a hand written note saying thanks for ordering. If you guy's can spare $5 I would highly recommend buying one of these.

I'm glad you posted this, Bill(and even more glad that you ended up buying one in the first place). I received mine yesterday. I really like the punk/hardcore/diy approach he took to making this. A lot of references he makes in the UMB interview(and the fact that he interviews Bob Mould) gives me the impression he has similar music tastes as me, which makes it just a little more enjoyable. Like I said before, I would support any start-up wrestling-related endeavors but it makes it so much easier to continue to support this because it was actually really good.

Remember the short lived HBK heel run in 2005? It's still think it's one of the best things I've ever witnessed in wrestling.

The WWE would kill to have an audience this hot in 2012.

The weird thing is they've been doing some weird control stuff at live shows. I was sitting front row in OKC last October (the one where we had CM Punk on commentary and HHH as the ref). When Mr. Excitement came out to talk I did my job and tried to boo him incessantly. I was told by security to sit down and stop. I jawed back and forth with security saying that's what you're supposed to do when a guy is talking that is a bad guy, stand and boo and they said the WWE people told them to tell me to sit.
I saw it again in Tulsa last month. They were sitting people during promos. There's nothing organic right now in the audience, it's really weird.

Reminds me of the story about Bischoff and Hogan telling all the fans (I use that term loosely) in the Impact Zone before a taping that they're all actors or some shit.

On last night's house show in Lakeland, FL

Brodus Clay beat The Miz. Miz did his bit where he whined about not having a WrestleMania match and Clay came out.

If they do this bit at Mania.....lol. I hope this is what they do with Miz, it would be aaaaaaaaaaaaaaawesooooooome.

The Miz will be involved in some major match at WM. I am 100% confident in this.

My bet is he screws over Team Johnny and Teddy Long's team wins :(

I think it will also lead to a HHH/HBK feud. I'm hoping they don't continue HHH/HBK/Taker after Wrestlemania 28.

Good, that's how it should be. No reason to try to get involved in the WWE show. Sit down and cry, instead.

I've been watching Smackdown, damn Booker's commentary is annoying. I would even say he's bringing my enjoyment of the show down more than Cole.

Also, Daniel Bryan is awesome.

Booker's complete nonsense combined with actual enthusiasm is a tricky thing to deal with, on one hand he actually seems to give a damn and comes across as interested in the matches, on the other hand he starts spouting the most random things.

I have a choice of what to get from Netflix next week....I'll be watching it Tuesday before going to Mania....I'll let you guys choose.

Recoil

or

Bending The Rules

Austin's action movie, or Edge's buddy cop movie (I think that's what it is anyway).

Regal or Mick Foley should definitely have Booker T's job. Cole isn't that bad now. They've toned him down alot.

Yeah, Cole has been a bit more tolerable lately, now that I think about it.

Having Regal would be kinda nice though.

Recoil. It seems like it'd be the better movie.

if they are not going to give R-Truth a title run than he should just be on commentary.

edit: if his shirt wasnt black I would buy it. Its way too much sunshine outside for black clothing. Light blue would be good i think.

R-Truth + Booker T = OHHH MY GOODNESS best commentary team ever. I wouldn't even care if the product is bad, this needs to happen.

John Cena on a heel turn

""I'm not a bad guy. I generate so much hatred just because of the way I act. I look at Tim Tebow as a good example. People couldn't stop saying his name. He's such a stand-up guy. People don't believe it because it's almost too good to be true. And he generates that hatred. I have fun with this business. I love every second of it. I love to be right there in the middle of the hunt. At the end of the day, it's not my job to force people in any direction. I just to out there and see what happens. You can analyze character development all day, but with the current state of affairs, there's no need or rationale for me to deviate from what I'm doing.""

I like Tebow and I like Cena.

Maybe I should reassess my life values or something :(

What about this LAW thingy?

Search for Live Audio Wrestling - I regularly listen to Review-A-Raw and Review-A-Wai on there, not so much anything else unless they have someone being interviewed that I really like. Very good show and hits all the high notes I want it to. Takes FOREVER but Wai will eventually grow on you. He drives me insane half the time. Pollock is a class act. His McMahon impersonations, though rare, make me laugh.
