When choosing parts, press + and then press the corresponding buttons.

Press +/- when selecting a Kart. You should see the option there. And I think you can do it from the Pause menu.
This is what I was saying earlier. No idea why they have it on by default and no mention of it anywhere.

During Kart selection, there's 3 button options if you hit + to see info (the magnifying glass), and if you hit + during a race, the same buttons turn the stuff on and off while paused.

As much as they fuck up with deliver, I give them credit they know how to make up for it.
The CSR at first suggested I just wait for my package, lol. That's when I asked for the credit.

ONCE in aeons Hermes in Germany actually says when they will deliver...between 11:00-13:30....the guy always arrives at 13:30 and if no one is around at my house the neighbours take it...but not today...today the guy gets here at 11:01 and just writes a note "29.04.2017"...
I get that treatment from Amazon all the time. But then again I order from them constantly.
If you go physical, you get that sweet, sweet boxart!

Anyone have a list or chart with stats for the new characters/karts? I remember there was some tool someone made to make builds in the last release, not sure if that still exists or has been updated yet though.

I was in the same boat, but I chose physical. I'll get the game cheaper, with a great boxart, and I managed to get a free DK mug with it. If I bother too much about card swapping, I'll just resell it and grab the game digitally.

Just started playing. Ended up going for digital because I see this being played for a good few years and I like the idea of a quick race after a long Zelda session. Loving it so far. Just good clean fun. Starting on 100cc Grand Prixs because thought 50cc would be too easy. Gonna try and get 1st place in everything and generally get a feel for what character and karts I like before moving onto online. First Mario Kart since Double Dash!

Lol. Contacted Amazon for the third time, this time via chat. They're still insisting it'll be delivered "by 8pm today or within 24 hours". It's almost noon where I am.
There's a fulfillment center 10 minutes away but I don't think they offer same day delivery here. That's the only way I see me getting it today.
They then offered me a 12.00 refund. I don't know why. That's not the shipping. That's not the credit I used.
I never had problems like this from Amazon. And whenever the slightest issue occurred, CS was always ready to quickly solve it...often giving me more than I felt I deserved. Because of that, I sort of feel like a selfish baby for complaining....but I still want my game today.
The "don't worry, you'll get it today" responses do irk me considering that I have no actual guarantee, I only work until 5, and my work is closed tomorrow so, if it does spill into Saturday, no one will be here to accept it.

Amazon's CS is pretty ace. I rented textbooks from them and they had no problem waiving the "late fees" because I needed the books for an extra week. Ask and you shall receive!
Yeah I hear you. I feel the same way since it was loading at fine speeds- just surprised it's not an out-the-gate-feature. Hopefully they fix that. I'd rather use the system storage for stuff I'm currently playing and save the SD card for games that I'm done with, but keeping on the system archived.
I'm guessing this response is the new standard to tell customers whether it will actually get there that day or not.

Managed to take an early break and run out to Best Buy, and picked the game up with zero issues. It was the first thing in front of me right through the door. Also wandered by the Switch section and sure enough, they had stuff there!
So I picked up a Pro Controller while I was there. I shouldn't have, but happy birthday to me damnit.
Looking forward to taking it for a spin in a bit, just made a Mii since I forgot to do that when setting up the Switch apparently. Made me wish for hats...

How do you get Amazon to give you stuff?
When I ordered the Master Edition of BOTW they didn't cancel it even though they didn't ship it so I thought I was getting mine, but they didn't and they charged me, they had the amount out of my account for a week and they didn't even freaking apologize.
I paid Amazon 120 bucks for a week so they could string me around. Do you ask for a manager do you say something?

I'm especially irritated how this morning, it was "you'll get it by 8 today". At 11:30, it was "you'll get it by 8 today...or in 24 hours". I wonder what they'll say tonight.
