Clearly a photoshop. The first one has some huge issues near the top of the DS where it meets the stripes in the background. It may be real but it isn't well done.

It would be an awesome way to launch the red DS in the US, however.

Well, all the Nintendo PR agencies recieved their Mario Kart DS assets discs this morning so it's a VERY well timed and well informed fake if it isn't real. I think what I'm I'm trying to say is… it almost certainly is real.

The checkered wrist strap is kinda sweet.. the little mario hanging off seems kinda fake but the thing is.. Nintendo is gonna start sending standees for mario kart ds to retail stores within the next week.. they gotta have something by then

I'd rather have the safety net of buying it locally so I can check/return for dead pixels and for it's guarantee.

I suppose it's not all bad. If they don't release black/white prior to christmas then i will probably just wait until E3 in case there is a re-design.

The bundle is $150 and that is $15 less than the DS + MKDS. The DS is $130 so that means MKDS will be $35.
