I'm not much of a comic book reader but I always thought Thor was the stupidest character ever. Everyone else has genetic enhancements, or cool weapon suits, and then Thor comes along with his Hammer and power of the Gods, and he just seems so out of place :lol
It’s so fucking dorky. Can't they just make up a new character or stick some other character in the Avengers instead. How about some hot slut, Marvel must have plenty of hot slut characters they could use instead right?

In terms of visuals, JL/JLU was already the cheap version of Batman TAS.

And these look bad even when taking into account the style. The point of "cartoony" designs is to make animation more organic and less stiff, these guys are totally missing the point.

Actually a lot of Marvel characters are based on magics and mythology.

I seriously don't see how Justice League is actually considered the peak of cartoon design. The characters are too stiff, the movement is very limited and the action is not very dynamic. I understand the need to simplify the original visuals in Batman TAS due to the lower budget but taking away all of the organic elements that allowed for a more expressive approach was a disheartening mistake.

Eh, what? JLU looked just as good as Batman TAS and had better animation to boot. B:TAS might have been "moodier" looking in that it used a lot of shadows and darker tones but it definitely didn't look better. Different but not better

Ultimate Thor was probably the most interesting character in the series because of it.
