I never saw it, (my sister watched it all the time when she was a teenager,) but the episode of "How Did This Get Made?" about it is AMAZING.

I'll read this as I like the character but I strongly disagree with redesigning the character as the original looked fine. They are just using the "not realistic enough" excuse to make him look more like the MCU version.

Plate too full? I mean, they're working in 9 films plus those TV/Netflix series. Probably by Phase 3 we still can see them back.

Why do people keep saying the Howard the duck movie was "terrible"? Like what was so terrible about it? That scene where Lea thompson fools around with Howard in bed? How is that any weirder then the shit in other 80s movies? The film was fun and hilarious and had really cool special effects for its time.
Been a huge Howard fan since I first stumbled onto his book in the 80s. I still remember my 13 year old mind being blown at getting the run of the black and white Howard magazine Marvel did after cancelling the regular Howard comic and seeing a Howard/Bev sex scene in the first issue. Will definitely check this new book out.

After reading and learning of various comic series I appreciated this book more especially when it spoofed Gaiman's Sandman and Eternals series as well as Warren Ellis.

I think the poster DOES want the comic and posted the gif to imply how he doesn't care about any other comic than this and that it'd be the greatest thing ever?
Or that both the snowman in the gif and Howard were voiced by the same voice actor?
That's my interpretation at least ^^;
