I mean Guardians 2 will be amazing I'm sure, but actors bigging up their latest film just doesn't excite me in anyway whatsoever. You'll see Henry Cavill saying that. You'll see Jason Statham saying that. Maybe some of them are right. Pratt probably is. But it's just so boooorrring to read.

Not that I trust that source, but you're incorrect. I know at least a few reputable journalists and sites with Patreon accounts. It frees them from relying on ad revenue to survive.

I think you're missing the point here, the roles were semi-switched. Him and Riley were switched with Tony and Rhodey and he was on the other side of it. He thought he was watching someone else go through what he went through and it was semi his fault.

Doesn't have much in terms of MCU impact but character interactions, development and dialogue saved S2 for me.
The MCU impact was mainly for Doctor Strange.
It just got way too boring for me. I even dragged myself through S1, although that one got better toward the last four episodes.

In no real way, it's just that the creators said that the Darkforce was in some way related to Doctor Strange, probably because there's another plane of existence full of it and that's kind of the thing Strange deals with in the movie.
I'm till waiting for the Comic Con announcement they were gonna make...
